We want you to know that YOU matter. Quality customer service is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or your online purchase, you may return an item to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Some final sale items may not be returnable.
Online Standard Returns:
Our return policy covers up to 14 days after your delivery date. If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, it's not a problem! Simply email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. You will need to include your order number, email associated with the order and reason for return.
As long as your package is postmarked within 14 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
For online orders, we recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you would like to exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date. You are responsible for any shipping fees when exchanging item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
Each exchange is unique so they will be handled accordingly.

We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to email@example.com and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number within 5 days of receipt. This way, we can verify the item and damage. We will re-send that item immediately. If the item is no longer in stock, we will work our best to make sure you are taken care. Broken items do not need to be mailed back to us.
In-store Returns & Exchanges:
Items purchased in store at Lakeside Traders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. A receipt is required for all refunds.
Items purchased online, may be exchanged at Lakeside Traders for items of equal or greater value. Proof of purchase is required. We do not issue refunds in store for purchases made online.
